In 1985, Epson America was looking for a service partner in the Northeast. They found Mardek — and Mardek has been fixing Epson products ever since.
Kevin MacPherson started Mardek the year he graduated college, out of a basement in Brookline Village. What began as the first Epson-authorized service station in the Northeast has grown into four decades of specialized expertise on every product Epson makes: printers, scanners, projectors, and large format printers — in warranty and out.
Over the years Mardek operated storefronts in Brookline and Needham, and owned its own building in Weymouth. Today the business runs lean and focused — two experienced technicians, a streamlined depot repair operation in Framingham, and a commitment to fast turnaround that hasn't changed in 40 years.
