Dot Matrix Printers

Mardek Computer is a factory authorized service representative for Epson Dot Matrix Printers both warranty and out of warranty. Out of warranty repair prices begin at $35.00 but vary due to different problems and parts. There is an estimate fee to vary by model - beginning at $25.00. Generally we can repair them in one day.

There is no charge for warranty repairs.

For our out of state customers and those who cannot bring their printers in you can ship them to us. When shipping them in you just need to fill out an on line RMA Form.
