Our average turnover is 1 day.
There is no charge for warranty repairs.
We offer flat rate pricing starting at $65.00 depending on the specific model, and do give free estimates.
For our out of state customers and those who cannot bring their printers in you can ship them to us. When shipping them in you just need to fill out an on line RMA Form, or call in and we can give you a return number over the phone.
If you are unable to ship your printer we can request a UPS call tag and they can pick it up at your home or business
